Alusões e discurso metaperformático na canção "Missão do cantador" da Banda de Pau e Corda

Abstract

This work for the course Literature and interdisciplinarity: poetry and song comprises four parts, preceded by an introduction that presents Banda de Pau e Corda and his recent album Missão do Cantador (2021), released on CD and in audio for digital platforms. The purpose of this paper is to analyze “Missão do cantador”, the first song of the homonymous album, from a literary and musical perspective. Thus, we are intend to study the expressive characteristics, the allusions and the meta-performatic discourse embedded in the lyrics, under the theories of Tatit and Caretta provided by the course, for a possible interpretation.
