Abstract

The main objective of this research is to analyze the song "Menino mimado" (2017), by singer and composer Criolo. The process of analysis will take place through the song’s lyrics, melody, rhythm and arrangement. We will also observe the social issues, from the moment it was composed and the dialogue with the song "Foco, força e fé", by singer Projota. For questions regarding the melody of the song we will use Caretta (2013) and Luis Tatit (2004).
