Na machamba e no morro
a perspectiva da mulher em diferentes territórios
Keywords:
Reading, mediation, identity, women, societyAbstract
In the context of the use of the Portuguese language in different territories as an expression of belonging and of cultural and social identity, Mozambican literature, by Luís Bernardo Honwana, and Brazilian literature, by João Anzanello Carrascoza, see in a sensitive way a society marked by inequality and existence of women disowned by patriarchy, racism and structural machismo. In this vein, it is up to offer students opportunities for reading experiences that allow them to reflect on the identity of women in stories such as Dina, by Honwana; and On the Hill, by Carrascoza.
